I am disabled with both feet "Charcot Foot" (Google it) - The bone in my foot can and has gone through my foot in the past. I am mostly wheelchair bound, but can hobble 50-70 feet if needed. Also cursed with Gastroparesis and Gluten Intolerance, so end up in the hospital often throwing up.

Thanks, Liz I have a great wife. She is my Uber my laundry lady cleaning lady. Everything, without her I would be living in the streets in New York probably. So I feel blessed in that sense plus she puts up with me so that counts for a lot thank you.
I crushed my heel into tiny pieces being hit head on by a drunk driver. 12 screws and what looks like a bike chain holding my foot together. These conditions effect every minute of my life. I am sorry for your pain. It is endless.
Sounds very painful. I hope you recovered quickly, - that is how my roommate’s mother passed away (back in the 80’s). She was killed by a drunk driver so I have no sympathy for them.
No. 1 year in wheelchair, 2 years with a cane. And I have spent my adult life caring for people with complex disabilities. So I knew what to do. We are all one event from being disabled. No one should take their health for granted.

Just Found out I have a Herniated Stomach. Not too sure the details, but if anyone else has had this and fixed it naturally I would be interesated in knowing how, etc.
And I would imagine you are so much more but managing your disabilities and accessing the world is a full-time effort.

So sorry! I developed Gastroparesis after a surgery I had in 2013 - most likely a vagus nerve nick as well as some other rare diseases/syndromes at the same time. So sorry about your painful foot problems. I had not heard of Charcot Foot.
I got back to the office and my feet were swollen. The hospital misdiagnosed it as an infection then they realized what it was.

Neither did I till I got it. Apparently it is common for diabetics. Pretty sure got mine lifting and carrying 100 lb aio Mac from office to client
Sad. I had undiagnosed gallbladder disease from 2008 to 2010 before they figured it out. Finally had the surgery to remove my gallbladder in 2011. Felt so good afterwards, but then opened up the hernia repair exercising 2 years later. Emergency surgery to repair and then all these problems.
Removed my gallbladder last March. Didn’t really help that much with my gastroparesis, but it is better now a little bit.
