That, sadly, is untrue. Pharmacists are poised to lose their ability to prescribe it. Only physicians will be able to do so and, if I have understood correctly, they will do so with the risk of being sued for contravening federal PH advice.

I am a Veteran, and used to be able to get the vaccine from TriWest at Walgreens or Walmart. So, the V.A. is the last place to get it. I get my shots with the flu in September. I will pay out of pocket $240. I have never had covid, to my knowledge. I am not taking the chance

this isn't great, but respirators are vastly more protective anyway. the vaccine does essentially nothing to prevent transmission, and at best only slightly reduces likelihood of developing long covid

sure is! and the best way to avoid it is to mask. at best, the vaccine gives you a very slight reduction of your odds of getting it for a couple months.
