That's why Judge Xinis keeps asking: Will a verbal order suffice or should I put it in writing? This is the US DOJ & they keep acting like a bunch of ignorant clowns in a sea of ignorant clowns!

That would always be my preference, as well! There might've been a bit of sarcasm in her question. The gov doesn't get to ignore or disobey a judges orders just because they're not in writing.
