All youtube does lately. All day. Every day. Many times a day. IS RUN THOSE LONG ASS AI BULLSHIT ADOBE FIREFLY ADS I HAVE TO MANUALLY SKIP THROUGH. And it's like: 'Shut up. SHUT UP. I DON'T EVEN USE AI AND YET YOU HAVE FOUND ANOTHER WAY TO WASTE MY FUCKING TIME!'

But I like to do and experience things for myself, it gives me the satisfaction of actually being alive. I read articles because I want to, a review is never the same as seeing a movie for myself so why would I do the equivalent of reading a review for a movie I have no interest in actually seeing?🤷

Yesterday, I requested IT remove CoPilot from all the apps on my work account. I literally couldn't get pop-ups out of the way in Word so I could write something. I was about to return to drafting the memo by hand on a legal pad and then type it in w/o looking at the screen. Such a waste of time.

wait we can get rid of co-pilot on our computers? I get asked to use/install/consult it every few minutes.

If you have a MS account, there's a way to turn it off in the privacy settings. It will have to be repeated, tho' after every update. If you're on a corporate enterprise account, talk to IT.

I’m so sick of every single thing having AI options now. I don’t use them I don’t want them and I really want to opt out and switch them off.
