So… we’re fine with what would be considered war crimes in how we’re treating our fellow human beings, but the government didn’t check the environmental items on the list, so THAT’S why it has to close… Goddamn we suck

I agree but I think the judge wanted to pick something with substantial Settled law behind it as the UNSUPREME COURT is not stopping other human rights abuses
