Yep. It's a skill you have to aquire as well as the physical stamina to do it.
We live about 50 miles from town. Every skilled labor job we have done costs a fortune. Fix the hose hydrant $1200. Get the septic pumped $800. Fix a pipe leak $1400. Get a new furnace $5k. I would be lucky to get my roof done for what my neighbors probably paid.
$Trump's tarifftax is going to increase those costs now too.
