It's still worse there than in the US. Ol' Winnie the Pooh came into power as a dicatator and doubled down from there. You've got millions imprisoned for being Muslim, the economy is in big trouble, and he's looking to draw his country into a quagmire war trying to destroy Taiwan and the US Navy.
