In my country if you didn't have you kids vaccinated for the main ones ( includes measles) then you couldn't send them to school with others that did. You would be monitored by the authorities to see how the child is doing.

It's that way here too but Texas is an oddball. The parents can claim religious or some other exemption to get away with it.

No, at this point we need to label it murder bc enough kids have died that we KNOW what will happen if they don't do it. Look at it this way: Some parents want to kill their kids. It does happen. If we don't label this as murder, it becomes a legal way to get rid of your kids intentionally.
