I was doing 120 on i90 the day of phish Darien 2001 heading to pick up a friend in Ithaca. I whipped by a trooper in a hidden median and pulled myself over before he even fully pulled out and had his lights on. He gave me a 101 in a 65. A 105 would have been the impound situation.

A long long time ago I flew by a cop while I was up someone’s ass at 110 mph flashing him to get out of my way so I could go even faster. Ticket was $255 but I was allowed to drive away. I sent payment in the mail immediately to avoid mom and dad finding out. Thankful it didn’t make the news
I hit 156 on Rte 9 the other month .. and I’m satisfied. I never need to go that fast ever again outside of a track. lol
