It doesn't matter. This move HAD TO BE CHALLENGED. If nobody challenged it the GOP would say that nobody objected. Even if they are kicked to the curb, they have issued notice that this strangling of democracy is not appropriate.

History will applaud this challenge. Even if we continually hit brick walls, we have to keep fighting. This but one battle. We are fighting from here in Canada. Stand upand fight EVERY chance you get!
