So I was checking the ingredients of the kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) that I just bought and it lists 'ammonia caramel' as ingredient We had a major emergency at one place I worked where everybody was evacuated because of a suspected ammonia leak But apparently it is used as a food colouring 😬
