Not quite. While I have cried endlessly over their decision. The decision was Not on birthright citizenship. The decision was on limiting the power of lower courts.. still terrifying but not as bad. Unfortunately this move allows douchebags EO to go forward unless the state the child was born in
Technically true, but they knew what they were doing. You watch. (And while we try to fix this in lower courts, doubtful, if you're born in the wrong state, we will have stateless babies.)
I am fully aware of the intent. Project 2025 and Nationalist’s are trying to make women and minorities 2nd class citizens. The court also decided that certain women no longer have a say in who their caregivers are with their decision to not allow Medicaid to pay planned parenthood for services
