I was once a person that thought most be were kind at heart and have a good nature. If I’ve learned in the last 8 years, it’s that there is far more hate in America than I imagined. Folks I’ve known my entire life have turned out to have the darkest of hearts,and people wonder why I’m agnostic.

I know right. We all studied mob Mentality and brainwashing in 1st year psych class but to see people so easily guiled by this is breathtaking. It’s wasn’t just the ignorant, greedy and hateful that voted for this corrupt party. Many people have truly been brainwashed right out of their morality..
I’m still in complete shock over which family members are & which friends truly are. I truly did not think ignorance was running so rampant in my family. But here I sit wondering when did they change? What happened to their morality, integrity?

Yep, I used to think that most people had kind hearts, too. Finding out that many don't is crushing. How do we go on as a functioning society when people in power are so terribly cruel?
We use our voices. In the streets, on the phones, we stay on other platforms and be a voice of truth and resistance even though we will get hammered by the brainwashed and Bots. The truth is also contagious. Being bullied on Facebook or X is a small price to pay if you get through to just one soul.
