It has taken me a long time to figure out why the #OCTranspo New Ways to Bus logo makes me uneasy. Today, I got it. The logo shows that the fastest way between A and B is to walk. The bus / train lines shown are not used. I guess it is often a true #Ottawa trip route. #OttPoli
The new way to requires more transfers, more time, costs more, and is less reliable.
They didn't claim better. So at least the campaign was honest.

That's because dear old Ottawa has made it virtually impossible to get anywhere without going way out of your way. Drove me nuts, now I drive in Kingston, a grid with the main street going corner to corner and Brock and Johnson lights set so you get all greens if you go the speed limit. Perfect.
