When they meet to discuss redistricting I hope they amend for another term for Newsom. No one is going to fight like he is.

I am desperately worried about that. I look at the current projected slate of candidates. They’d better make their intention to fight loud and clear. I hope we make that ability our number one criteria in choosing his replacement.

There are many things about Gavin I’m not a fan of. The fact he’s from an old political family and old money and a career politician. He’s made many missteps along the way as sf mayor and as ca governor but he’s currently quite the firebrand when it comes to stopping trump. I do like that.

You need to rethink the "career politician" branding. Switch it to another profession: Gus came from an old plumbers family, and now Gus is a career plumber. Hank came from a long line of electricians, and now Hank is a career electrician. It's important they do their jobs correctly, right?

I get it but the man has never had a real job, he started a winery with his fathers billionare bestie. then got involved in politics. he has political familial ties.

I'd rather hire a career plumber, a career electrician, a career mechanic, a career doctor.... My life could depend on it. I'll stick with the career politician in the upper tiers of government.
