There’s so many stakeholders and just sheer numbers of people who run a MLB team. It’s actually easier to be more nimble and authentic with a smaller org like a AAA baseball club. Just my outsider perspective.

I don’t doubt it. Less expectations too, which is the metric that matters. You have two choices as a big league club: to be a “part” of your community or to openly embrace your community. The Mariners and Tigers excel at this. They’re all contenders. Their approach is just more holistic. It works.
