Yup. So when my menopause on her period ass got that call, and it sounded like a spam call (there were tells of a spam call) I hung up and called back and let the supervisor have it. It's in my file to email me, because of my vision so they fucked up there, too.

I know this is pretty small and quite standard for bill collection but they typically treat me with respect and are so nice. They were NOT and combined with struggling to pay for it I just... lost it. I'm still working on getting off the damnable device. Fuck American healthcare.
