I think most of Wells Fargo is NOT organized that way....If I'm hearing this message correctly, it seems that the Union needs help in getting more braches of Wells Fargo organized like Brittany's branch.

I hear it somewhat differently. But admittedly, I come from the perspective of having a history of union members in my family.
