I think most of Wells Fargo is NOT organized that way....If I'm hearing this message correctly, it seems that the Union needs help in getting more braches of Wells Fargo organized like Brittany's branch.

I hear it somewhat differently. But admittedly, I come from the perspective of having a history of union members in my family.
According to Microsoft Copilot: As of mid-2025, only a small fraction of Wells Fargo’s workforce is unionized—roughly 1% or less. While Wells Fargo employs over 225,000 people across the U.S., efforts are still in their early stages. Since late 2023, 27 branches in 15 states have voted to
[cont'd] unionize, along with one nonbranch unit known as the Conduct Management Intake group. The movement is gaining momentum, but no formal contracts have been finalized yet.
[cont'd] Negotiations are underway at several locations, and organizers continue to push for broader representation across branches, call centers, and remote teams.
