I know it’s important, but all these trainings EVERY YEAR at the beginning of school are SO LONG. Mandated Reporting, CPR/AED, Bloodborne, Medication training, Seclusion and restraint, standard response protocol, Project ADAM, USDA civil rights, student data and privacy, etc… Whew! But we do it! ❤️✨

Don't worry. You'll get the traditional hour or 2 to actually get your room ready and plan for the start of the school year. It gets worse every year.
