Trump is unable to give a live TV interview because he's had a stroke or something similar. He's only had momentary appearances and those at great distances. They've released old photos and videos of him claiming they were new. He's been having heart failure symptoms for quite a while.

I figured some sort of brain aneurysm that involved immediate surgery and a shaved head. His hat is pulled so far down in every photo, and I think it's to hide all that.
