Trump wanted to do the tariffs the 1st time he was in, he had ppl who warned him & got him to stop. There were dozens of experts who tried to warn him what tariffs would do this time. He KNEW what would happen, he listened to the wrong person/ppl. Of course I don't expect him to admit he was wrong.
