Having lived in Utah for 30 + years , members of the LDS church may disagree with his moral character but not his policies. Just my humble opinion based on experience.

Religion is being twisted to fit politics; there's even a conservative Bible being interpreted to fit the agenda of a political movement. I doubt that in 1611 when the King James Bible was first published in English, it was done by liberals.

I take what the desert news publishes with a grain of salt , even if I agree with it. The Deseret News is a subsidiary of the Deseret Management Corporation, which is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
