I am thinking what he needs to do is get on TV ASAP, Dateline, 60 Minutes, 48 Hours whatever, and tell his story, get it out there, exactly what it was like in CECOT, explain the torture, explain how he lost his rights, talk about the physical and mental abuse - before he gets disappeared again.
And also to show that he doesn't have any letters tattooed on his left knuckles.
I just read elsewhere, they are saying they will deport him to Uganda as early as Monday. He should make his way now to Canada or Mexico, and claim asylum from an abusive government.
Crazy to think someone would have a legit asylum claim to get away from legal persecution in the US.
