Scott Farquhar and his techbro cronies may want to look into child labor laws which no doubt affect 'investment'. Billionaires don't get to define 'fair use' as stealing creative people's work to make shit product, so they can get richer & pretend that's altruism.

Not risking ourselves in some sort of AI/billionaire freakout singularity might turn out to be a good thing. If we must have it though, can we get rid of real estate agents as a top priority?
