it had no effect on the fires at all, it was absurd. I lived through those fires. Because someone somewhere might think these policies make sense and they definitely don't.

This is specific to some LA fire hydrants running dry early in the fires this year. It had to do with capacity through the system, not a lack of water. So Trump basically forced some amount of a reservoir controlled by the feds emptied, which helped no one
