The generalisations are ridiculous. But that's a reason it would be worth us getting to know more refugees as individuals through our screens, just as we already know all men are not predators cos we know nice men too! Might be necessary for people to speak anonymously do you think?
In the interviews I watched one of the asylum seekers remained anonymous. Both spoke good English. The BBC, Sky, ITV and newspapers really need to be interviewing these people and humanising them as opposed to the dehumanising rhetoric which comes from Farage, Lowe, etc and their followers.
