Even if you successfully ask your coworker out for dinner and they are happy to be asked and interested, there is a risk someone else saw and is not happy. Risk reward ratio means this never happens anymore.

Workplace relationships are always a bad choice. But, you're right. The dynamic has definitely changed. Feels like the men are more brutish and women respond as one would expect. If I were young and facing today's dating environment, I think I would just stay home and watch porn.

I got written up by a receptionist in an outpatient clinic because as a patient was leaving, they said “I’m really looking forward to Friday” and I said “go get them tiger and they thought I was “fraternizing”. Patient had just got a viagra rx from me & had weekend plans with his GF of 3 mo.
