It was time to clean out the fridge veggie drawers. A few things eh on the brink, few things I knew we wouldn’t get around to eating right away. Right into the convection oven, then into the food processor with roasted cherry tomatoes for some salsa.

Nice. I do buy salsa (I love the Mateo’s line) but making it at home is so easy, especially when you have stuff that needs to be used instead of being tossed out.
