Aw, thanks! Fortunately I like “chunky” knits!❤️
My first spinning attempt produced seriously chunky and wonky results, but it was lots of fun. This is a mix of llama, sheep, and bamboo, with a dried leaf for reasons unknown.
And I like chunky knits, too. Especially for hats.
Oooh, yes!
Nice!
Thank you! 😊
Oh, I love every bit of that, what a great combination, and the leaf enhances the palette ❤️!
Thank you! It seemed at home there, and now I know why ☺️
Spinning cotton is even harder than spinning wool because the fibers are usually a lot shorter. I tried once…
I've heard plant fibers in general are harder (I still want to try eventually though lol 🤣)
Do it! I just watched a movie called Nettle Dress. Very inspiring for plant fiber spinning/weaving.
Yes, a short staple makes it harder but I adore cotton.
Tried “once”. I love that 😉❤️
