Do they read them their Miranda Rights? If not, they're not even planning giving them due process. Cases often get tossed when the rights aren't read.

I'm not sure that being detained for immigration violation gives you Miranda rights. Deportation is a civil, not criminal, procedure/remedy. If you're in Immigration Court .... maybe someone who knows the process could answer this.
Not sure either but they keep going on about how they're only arresting "criminals" (they're not). Don't know if they're actually charging them with anything though.
It is illegal to forced disappear people, they cannot just arrest them and not tell anyone where they are. It’s also against the Geneva convention.
Apparently not—in this case, they didn't so much as identify themselves, and nobody even knows why he was taken.
The reason they do that is to avoid habeas petitions. You don't even know what district to file in. It's a very scummy (and likely illegal) practice.
Don’t count on not being read Miranda to save you since it’s been gutted by the supremes.
They're not cops, they're just brownshirts that are being given free reign because no official wants to push back against them.
their regulation is "we do not have any regulations and we do not answer to anybody"
