He had no military training, they just threw him into meat assault. It's also true in general, most russian soldiers are very poorly trained longer the war goes on. It's like army of zombies walking for their certain deaths.

If you listened to former Ukrainian CinC Zaluzhny, war in Ukraine is different from all previous wars as a robotic war. Human chances are low - trained, or not, in armour or not. Trained ones live longer, yet nobody is safe from robotic weapons.
