Once again looked through photos of Japanese food I’m so amped
Spent 18 days in Japan. The food, omg, the food. Sapporo - competing ramen alleys and jingisukan Tokyo - fresh sardines for breakfast at fish market, yakitori for lunch, and fucking kani miso* at a conveyor belt sushi *grew up near Baltimore. Only thing better than steamed crabs: crab brains :)
