Yes, I sincerely don’t understand the point of a stay. If you’re confident in your ruling, why allow law breaking to continue for any period of time and make legal challenges easier for the institutional lawbreaker?

yep...this is why we have gone beyond constitutional crisis and are in a full blown authoritarian take over under P2025 laws, which are mostly fiats for a dictator to decree. Trump's the frontman for the whole thing. 😒
