Wouldn't they have to have been served a jury duty notice FROM that county in order to show up for jury duty? Make it make sense.

Not knowing the details, but I would assume they are on the voter registration rolls for the county which is why they were called for jury duty. The question being whether they were properly registered, or if their residence & voter registration should actually be in another county.
