Insurance companies are absolutely part of the problem. I hate them like I hate banks…..also a major part of social problem. Both incredibly toxic and damaging industries that should not exist. Both should be a simple govt function.

Every single “essential” service should be nationalised as a base imho. Food: nationalised supermarket, let capitalism try to compete. Housing: huge social housing stock. Gov primary landlord, let the rich bastard compete with that. And finally energy, insurance &banking - private should be banned…
