My wife is a pharm tech and whooooo boy have I heard some things (she never reveals names but she does tell me about dumb doctor incidents)

I've had a couple of these incidents...usually something carried over from an old script when I change the dose that I didn't see. It's always crazy embarrassing to get that phone call but also really appreciate folks like your wife catching that stuff. Invaluable second set of eyes.

I worked for a PBM for 20 years (running the site IT) and boy, the stories you’d hear. Mad dog doctors, 1000 pill scripts, and meds for kids that kids can’t take.
