They have given themselves permission not to follow incarceration standards and to otherwise circumvent standard permitting rules for construction. See the litigation about the Everglades concentration camp.

Wonder what would happen if the entire National Security committee came for a visit. If the Committee on Oversight and Accountability or any other bi-partisan group walked up to these facilities.
