They want to remove any type of voting where there’s an immediate record of ballots being accepted. There’s no receipt that hand written ballots are accepted as ballots wouldn’t start being tallied until the polls closed. Then the shenanigans start where unscrupulous counters can make up any result

If he is still President and ICE is at full budgeted strength at the midterms, it doesn't matter what the districts look like, or whether we are at war, because polling places will be patrolled to keep out anyone who might look like they will vote against the party.
