Moving to an entirely different state is an extremely expensive and difficult thing to do, this is not a reasonable proposal.

Many blue states had a waiver of the need for an Rx if it was CDC recommended. So, they have issues too. A blue state is more likely to change the law. My state has too many Maga nuts in the legislature thanks to gerrymandering.
