Correct. Almost 3 decades ago. Republicans as a whole have atrocious fiscal management plans, but Democrats aren’t doing much better. Follow the money, especially after 2010.

Biden’s admin avoided an “inevitable” recession & had an economy that was the envy of the planet. Democrats do much much better at improving the economy.

I’m not arguing “both sides”. Dem fiscal management is sig. better. It’s still not good, and it’s certainly not ideal. Our budgets are obscenely bloated and it’s really just a nonstop wealth transfer from taxpayers to a handful of corporations and their subsidiaries. Dems are complicit in this.

We do need (if we can defeat fascism) a good government push. Taxing wealth & getting money out of politics would go a long way. And let’s block felons from running for President.

Our free and equal nominating process is looking to do just that— eliminate the influence of donors in Congressional races.

Agreed, 100%. A lot of these ancient ghouls need voted out and replaced with people who aren’t firmly entrenched in corporate donor money.
