Legal distinction: contact & comms w/ Russia that did not rise to the level of a criminal conspiracy under Federal law. Biggest “finding” by Special Counsel Durham was FBI/DOJ had predicate for a preliminary investigation, not a full investigation. Absurd to contend THAT comes close to treason
