It wouldn't matter if it was legal or not. Trump would break the law anyway.

Any discussion of our long-term future has to be based on the premise that we will have Rule of Law again. And anybody who thinks that isn't the pressing, #1 priority right now is delusional.

Yes, that's the exact problem. Trump seems to have found a way to avoid all accountability. He should never have been allowed to run again.
