All that work you just did, fucking pointless! Why? Because you’re not just changing color for color. A lot of natural colors have their own flavors that need to be masked or designed into a product. Some are bitter like me. Some taste nutty, like your mom’s ass.

So now you have to reach back out to your supplier and get more study samples from them to reformulate your bitch boxes for non-chefs. But now there is a new problem, your supplier, never had to make colors in this quantity before even though they have been trying to get sales of them for evaha!
To add to that because your bitch ass always went the easy route, a lot of these natural colors do not have FDA approval as a food additive. Why? Would you spend money to dev a product that bitch at Campbells isn’t going to buy? Fuck no you’re not!
