If they vote in a GerrymD District, then all those votes do not count and/or can be thrown out correct?

No, they count. It's just that the district lines are drawn in such a way to divide metro Asheville into 2 districts both combined with large swaths of rural voters who vote GOP, making it hard for metro Asheville voters to be able to elect a Democrat. But it is possible. Just an uphill battle.

Right and the final result is always a GOP elect, essentially making all those Metro Center Votes WASTED AND USELESS! Effectively, they do not count and the final candidate is always a GOP ELECT. That is down-tight cheating and HORRIBLE. MAGA/GOP cannot win on policy and ideas, so they haveTOcheat!
