If defendant T47 defies order to lift freeze, can he be held in contempt, as the judge has threatened? Is T47's freeze order an official act entitled him to absolute or presumptive immunity from contempt, or any other, sanction for defying court order?

Civil contempt, though who is it levied at? Govt? T is sued in his official capacity. Why would he care?
