all of the events are odd, but then the "business partner and medical provider" bit strikes me especially - is the provider not a physician? wouldn't you have said "doctor" or "physician" if they were? & business partner? why? what is even going on

There's a reason! "Business partner and medical provider" is, it seems, one person: a NP with whom he apparently does a podcast (and lol at the explainer here, yes that's true but okay)
