I know I’m privileged to be able to tune out the horrors of the world, but it’s hard to believe how quickly the world feels like it’s fallen apart.
I think it's more than just tuning it out. Being informed on events matters when policy is made through genuine debate and discussions. Not a whole lot of debate to be had beyond "beat the fascists destroying our nation" so may as well save the energy for the moments it's needed.
