I took this photo while kayaking on Lake Superior. The cliffs of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore had a lot of interesting sights and this was one of my favorite captures. Minerals seeping out of the rocks create multicolored abstract lines that run into the lake, and then ripples from the water reflect the lines as if they are spilling onto the surface and become fluid. The colors are bright white, Rusty red, sulfur yellow, black, and a variety of browns.
