"Recently" is debatable, but they indeed claim that. They also claim the Internet, computers, WiFi, the car, the plane, the telephone, alleluia. Plus being relentless in telling Europeans that without America, they'd all be speaking German. 🤭

Very little chance on the German thing: in spite of zero effort, I still can make sense of a word of that thing. I doubt I’d catch on if it was mandatory.

The thing is, they're not proud of having beaten the Nazis, they're proud of having prevented Europeans from speaking another language. 🥴 (And think it was always just them on all the battlefields.) Do they know how may Europeans outside of Germany speak German by choice? Rhetorical question.
