Not a libertarian, but thanks for assuming. Do you normally try and use an oranges vs apples comparison in your gotchas or is this your first time? Maybe you want to pay into my HOA so that we can all benefit from adding speed bumps in my subdivision.

So if you're HOA consisted of 100 homes and 15 didn't pay for it, you'd be perfectly fine with that, right? I'm sure you, and the other 85 homeowners, would find that perfectly acceptable now, and for any future improvements.
